Step 1 - When logged into your group select the “learner reporting” button in the blue box.
Step 2 - Then select the “user report” tab.
Step 3 - From here navigate to the user whose certificate you wish to download and select “see details”
Step 4 - Then select “see details” again and you will be provided with their certification link.
Press "View".
