How to reset my password

Step 1 – Locate our website by searching PGStraining.com in your web browser, you will then be presented with our home page.

Step 2 – Select log in on the top right corner of our page.

From here select the forgotten password button.

Type in your email address and select “Recover account”.

Step 3 – you will then receive an email with a link to change your password.

Select this Link – You will be taken to a “reset password” page.

If you cannot see the email check your junk / spam folder.

Step 4 – Create your new password ensuring it is not a weak password.

Confirm your new password then select “Reset Password”

Step 5 – Go back to our login page, delete all other tabs and refresh your page.

Then using your new password you may log in.
