Step 1 – When logged into your group select the “learner reporting” button in the blue box.
Step 2 – Then select the “user report” tab.
Step 3 – From here navigate to the user whose certificate you wish to download and select “see details”
Step 4 – Then select “see details” again and you will be provided with their certification link.
